Some of my beliefs about (SaaS) marketing
These are not best practices. They come from building and breaking things at scale.

Performance marketing alone does not build sustainable SaaS businesses. It rents attention, it does not own it.

AI should improve quality in marketing, not just productivity. A growth strategy built solely on productivity gains is not a strategy.

B2C tactics in B2B markets are underrated. The adoption curve of most B2B SaaS companies is unnecessarily slow.

Buyer-led economies will reduce the importance of traditional sales teams. Marketing will own more of the funnel.

Process problems matter more than people problems when scaling GTM. Most scaling failures are structural.

Behavioral economics explains more buyer behavior than logic does. Broad knowledge in this field will make you a better marketer.
